Personally, I think Cheney or Ashcroft are way scarier than Rummy. I only have to take one look at Cheney's ugly face and I want to lose my lunch.

I do think the picture is kind of appropriate -- it conjures up images of an evil sorcerer, kind of like Sauron. Which is exactly what the Bush Administration is akin to as far as I'm concerned.
