I just found out about this less than an hour ago. The hotel did not tell us in advance that this is going to happen.
No, there's no need to inform anyone else on the Board. I have sent the necessarily e-mails, and it's not like our contacts at The Adam's Mark are going to be up at this hour.
Please do not ask us what we're going to do, we don't know yet. When we do, it will be announced on our website.

Date: 2004-12-01 04:08 am (UTC)The issue previously about the city name on where dealers send payments shouldn't matter, as long as the zip code is correct. That's what the post office will sort by. From there, the carriers will take care of you.
