Heeeeeere's the latest:

UPDATE
After repairing a fiber cut. Verizon has completed its repairs at the DCANet data center and they have determined that there is still yet another problem in the path between the DCANet data center and the Central office. They are working now with the appropriate fiber engineering departments to resolve this problem.

It is our hope that this will be repaired quickly; however, we cannot promise when this will happen. Verizon is refusing us any ETAs.
