Sardines!

I just ate an entire tin of sardines. They were perhaps one of the ickiest things ever.

So... anyone know how to make sardines more palatable? :-)

Omega-3 fatty acids.

Been reading about diets in general, and one of the problems in Western societies is that we don't get enough seafood, or more specifically the Omega-3 fatty acids they contain.

That aside, sardines are actually pretty healthy. They have other good things in them like protein and calcium.

The cows that I don't eat like it too. ;-)

I know (at least they used to) sell those in vitamin aisles as either Omega-3 or "Fish Oils"

As for sardines, I find them most appetizing on the store shelf, a mile away, still sealed. :)

But dude, anchovies contain just as much, if not more Omega-3 AND they taste better.

Get rolled anchovies with capers and sprinkle them on a salad. It's like AUM to the extreme. XD

Ahhh
That's a good reason.
Since I don't eat them, it's hard for me to think of a good way to make them taste better. All I can say is Ice cream and milk, then blend into a yummy milkshake! *suppresses a gag*
