The subject line pretty much describes what last night was for me. I had what I think was my first real case of food poisoning. I foolishly ate an apple that I bought yesterday, without washing it first. As it got later into the evening, my stomach started to rumble, then hurt. I was able to sleep for a couple of hours, but I remember waking up around 2 AM and making a mad dash to the bathroom.

So yeah, that sucked.

Between that, not being able to keep fluids down, and not sleeping much, I called off of work today. Earlier in the morning, I discovered I could drink some liquids again, so I had the sodas that omnibahumut left at my place (heh!), popped a multi-vitamin, and napped some more.

I'm feeling a whole lot better now. My fever has gone down a bit. I think I'm going to swing by Wawa shortly to pick up some clear fluids, and then maybe I'll try working my way up to Cup O' Noodles later tonight.
