Idiot traffic designers in Miami LOVE to have some streets with stop signs every two blocks. Four-way stops, too, which means they are only there to slow traffic.
It is frustrating as hell to drive down one of these streets. I'm frequently doing rolling stops by the end of the series because it's so annoying.
Not to mention a waste of fuel and wear on the transmission and brakes.
So yeah, something like would likely annoy me more than make me laugh in that situation. :)
AAaahahahaha ha ha ha hahahahahahahaa... HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA... *cough* HA HA haha ha ha ha haaa haa haa haa *cough* *gasp* ha ha ha ha ha ha haaa ha ha haaaa *cough* oh that's too much.. public.. transit... Miami... HAAaa ha ha ha...
Local police departments here usually are, yes. For example, this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Rome,_Ohio) fun little berg was about 10 miles from my house for most of my life, until actually being the subject of a state law designed to run them out of business about 5-6 years ago.
My campus is covered in signs that read something like "iTunes Song: $0.99, DMCA settlement: $4000. Illegal downloads aren't worth it." Who knows if this sort of campaign does any good, but I guess it is entertaining :P
hahaha very nice. I see Mr.Pirate there is using a Mac to d/l his daily dose of communism, which is funny because Apple is possibly one of the finest examples of capitalism today :P
A bit further up the road from me in Bridgewater (small rural town) I did notice a similar sign under a stop sign that read "Report Agressive Driving (203) XXX-XXXX. It was official.
